I’m having trouble with my 40G usb mass storage,. when i plug the usb cable the computer detects and says found new hardware and it is ready to use but i can’t see the drive in My Computer, i tried to look at the removable storage and i saw the drive with red “x” on it, is it possible that my usb drive has crashed down?
