CD/DVD Driver Toshiba MK 1237GSX
When reading CD or DVD sound stutters and display (dvd) flutters showing pixelated interference.
Have cleaned laser and uninstalled and re-installed original driver
this did not help.

Could it be alignment?
If so, can you inform how alignment is done?
