Drivers Download

Hi. Good day. Iam looking for a driver for the PCI Simple Communications Controller for my pc. I beleive its the modem because i cant dial out to connect to the internet.My os is Microsoft Windows XP Professional and the CPU/RAM CAPACITY IS 64 MB The manufacturer/model is VIA Technologies.com and the system model is VT8361. The device manager is showing this as Device Instance id PCI\VEN_1106& DEV_ 3068& SUBSY_4C211343&rev_30\3&61aaa01&0&3E.Help please?
